- Highly accomplished global professional with the unique combination of broad experience in the life science industry (pharmaceutical, diagnostics / IVD, digital & consumer healthcare) encompassing BD - strategic partnering & alliance management, conceptual selling (Pharma & CLIA Labs), marketing (US and APAC; B2B/B2C), organic & inorganic growth, technology assessment, product development & commercialization, clinical studies, and pharma R&D;- Knowledge, Passion, Creativity, Leadership, Teamwork – An enthusiastic, creative, and result-driven self-starter with strong personal motivation, business acumen, excellent leadership & communication skills (English, Chinese) to work collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and highly matrixed environment.Key Experience and Skills: - BD on Strategic partnering & selling (companion diagnostics co-development on oncology, etc. with Pharma, biotech companies, CROs, and RUO solutions for hospitals and CLIA labs, etc.)- Global Marketing - In-depth market research, HEOR, competitive intelligence (CI) analysis and strategy development, branding & positioning, MarCom, product development and launch, life cycle management;- Cross-functional regional / global project & product management (R&D, clinical, commercial, regulatory, manufacturing, etc.) - Innovation-focused technology scouting & in-licensing - Biomarkers for therapeutics and diagnostics (MDx / CDx); IHC, NGS platforms; immunoassays, POC, etc.- IVD & medical device product development and launch in MDx (IHC, FISH, miRNA, qPCR and NGS-based solutions), Diabetes Care (SMBG and CGM), Point-of-Care, Telehealth / mHealth, etc.- 'Beyond the Pill' solution development on Big Data and commercialization for mHealth / TeleHealth- Emerging market development in Asia (e.g. China) - collaboration, PR, ID design, manufacturing, marketing & sales, distribution management, M&A & Due diligence;- Pharma discovery R&D and clinical studies
