I have spent 40 years practicing Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Law in the Greater Toronto Area from my office in Pickering, Ontario. I have participated in numerous professional and community organizations and initiatives in professional and development and charitable undertakings. I have appeared in the court at all levels in Ontario and have conducted numerous, lengthy civil trials, judge alone and jury trials. I have volunteered with numerous local charitable and athletic organizations and have raised funds for the development of local athletic facilities. I have been involved in the teaching of trial advocacy throughout Ontario and have been recognized by my peers as one of Canada’s 100 leading Personal Injury practitioners.
