I have been a part of Canada’s leading commercial real estate financing team for the past 11 years, and have personally originated in excess of $4 billion in commercial mortgages during my career. First National Financial is Canada's largest non-bank lender, originating, underwriting and servicing both residential and commercial mortgages. As the number one lender of CMHC commercial mortgages, First National currently has more than $95 billion in mortgages under administration. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to establish First National’s Western Canadian office in 2005, growing it to a team of five with several billion dollars in originations. Over the past decade, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, defining what it means to sell service – being responsible, prompt, curious and knowledgeable. My focus is 100 per cent client driven, so I stress communication and respect and always set, manage and, most importantly, deliver on expectations.
