Dennis Shirokov is responsible for designing and managing services and solutions for the Global Healthcare and eCommerce customer segments as well as FedEx’s Customer Driven Design, innovation, and marketing research practices. Prior to his current role, Dennis managed company’s retail network and consumer marketing programs, including developing and managing strategic retail alliances, leading the consumer segment strategy and providing the go-to-market and promotional leadership of the U.S. retail channels in support of the company’s e-commerce objectives. Mr. Shirokov had also led company Digital Transformation efforts. With over 19 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, customer experience design, digital intelligence, and product management, Mr. Shirokov led the transformation of the company’s traditional marketing practices into digital and social. He was responsible for the enterprise digital transformation strategy, marketing transformation roadmap, measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing spend and increasing the relevancy of marketing messages across all channels. Serving in various leadership roles with increasing responsibility throughout his FedEx career, he championed the formation of many new business practices, including digital user experience (UX), content management, interactive marketing, and enterprise customer experience management. Before joining FedEx, Dennis worked in Eastern Europe as a Business Development Manager for a US based engineering company supporting the expansion of Fortune 500 companies into Eastern European markets. Dennis holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and BA from Southern Utah University.
