Federal-Mogul Corporation is an American developer, manufacturer and supplier of powertrain components and vehicle safety products.

Jan Maiden is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Federal-Mogul Powertrain. In addition to her role leading the Global Human Resources function, she has oversight of the company’s Systems Protection product line.Previously, Jan held the roles of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Sealing and Gaskets and Systems Protection business unit of Federal-Mogul Powertrain, Vice President and Business Director for Systems Protection, and Global Vice President, Technology and Sales, Systems Protection. She joined Federal-Mogul in 1993 as a Senior Product Development Engineer in Exton, Pennsylvania. Jan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Philadelphia University and a master’s degree in engineering and business from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, both located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2009, she completed the General Management Program (CEDEP) at INSEAD, located in Fontaine Bleu, France. A well respected leader both within and outside of the Federal-Mogul Powertrain organization, she was named in 2015 as one of the Top 100 Women in the North American Automotive Industry by Automotive News.
