Its important to evaluate personal progress so I make sure to rate myself on my performance when working towards achieving my goals. I work well in teams and believe that teamwork is vital towards success; teammates need to work together and build off of each others ideas, they need to work to develop the best possible solutions for the company moving forward. I am interested in all aspects of Marketing, in addition to Sales Analysis, Finance, Advertising, Research, Creation, and Management. Effective management is something that is important to me and I always try to improve my managerial skills and to learn and observe from other managers. I would enjoy working for an employer that appreciates their employees and customers and works to create a product that benefits the customers and employees.
