Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping is an all inclusive, body transformation fitness program. Fitness kickboxing, strength training, nutrition counseling, coaching and a contest are combined to help students take the necessary steps to build healthy habits and reshape their bodies. \r\n\r\nFarrell's began as a single taekwondo school in Des Moines, IA. Prior to the opening of the Des Moines location, founder Lance Farrell taught martial arts in various community centers in rural West-Central Iowa. The single school became several, and in 1998, the first fitness kickboxing classes were introduced at Farrell's, and the 10-Week challenge including strength training, before and after photos and a contest was started in 2001. \r\n\r\nIn 2006, the first few independent Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping location was opened in the Des Moines area, and the company franchised in 2008. Today there are more than 50 locations in 9 states.

I'm dedicated to making the most of life. My 5 year body transformation of losing nearly 200 pounds is a testament to my personal success setting and achieving goals. There is no stopping me when I set my mind to doing something. My career success of nearly 20 years Management & Sales Experience has helped me achieve my professional goals, setting myself a part from the pack. In my current position as Commercial and Retail Sales Manager for Total Health & Fitness I have lead the company in achieving consistent quarterly sales/revenue goals. Under my leadership Total Health & Fitness has developed a commercial liquidation division allowing our overall business to grow month over month. I'm so proud of the accomplishments we've achieved and am excited about our future.
