Bruce is a very experienced Vice President of Hotel Operations with a demonstrated history of working with leaders in Expedition and Hotel operations. His 25+ years of leadership experience with high quality service organizations globally has challenged him throughout his career and developed Bruce into a dynamic and innovative individual with a wide range of skills. During this time he built relationships and developed highly confident and capable teams that deliver outstanding results. In leadership roles in each organization he has specialized in overcoming challenges while leading and developing others. He credits his significant, hands-on, operations experience as providing the foundation for his work to become the leader and manager that he has become. Today, Bruce is Vice President, Hotel Operations for Lindblad Expeditions, LLC. the leader in oceanwide expedition travel. Lindblad Expeditions currently has 8 vessels operating, with the newest under construction in Norway to be launched in 2020. Lindblad has a wide variety of operations in the fleet with two polar vessels, four USA flagged vessels and two Galapagos based vessels. Each presenting different challenges in the regions they operate, cultures that work together and supply chain obstacles. Bruce has been with Lindblad since 2010 leading and developing many of the systems, managers and improvements while building Lindblad into the leader in the expedition industry. One of Bruce's proud accomplishments is designing, project managing and launching both the National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture in the USA, with USA crew and establishing the teams currently working together.
