With 30+ years of administration, training, and management experience, my goal is to provide exceptional and effective resources to help EXIT brokers and agents succeed. Prior to joining EXIT, I held a senior administrative position for 8 years with a professional development firm, serving first as Assistant to the CEO which included property management duties for his real estate portfolio, and then as Publication Manager, responsible for the distribution of industry publications. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, I started my own business in 1998 offering administrative outsourcing services. During that time, mandatory continuing education for REALTORS® was introduced in Ontario and I was tasked with creating and running the local real estate board’s CE program. I joined EXIT Realty Corp. International in 2002 in the Franchise Support department. Within two years I became the Franchise Support Manager, leading the team and expanding EXIT’s training and support program to include brokers/owners, administrators, and agents. Appointed Vice President, Broker Services in 2012, I took on the exciting challenge of working with the EXIT nation, corporate teams, as well as affiliate partners in order to ensure continuity, currency, and consistency of EXIT’s programs, tools and resources. I have also enjoyed the privilege of emceeing EXIT’s annual convention since 2014.
