23+ yrs of clinical trials operations/development with a unique set of experiences in science, biotechnology & pharmaceutical companies, CRO leadership, and global cross-functional teams. Directed cross-functional teams with a consistent track record of performance in operational execution and delivery of complex clinical trials from Phase I-IV. Aptitude toward strategic thinking, analysis and problem-solving, as well as demonstrated abilities in effectively prioritizing and managing shifting workloads. Significant experience in developing and implementing various resource management strategies such as CRO-full service, hybrid-sponsor/CRO staffing, embedded/FSP staffing, contingency staffing. Designed and implemented relationship management strategies with clinical sites, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Experience in managing cross-functional teams across numerous geographies and cultures. Depth of experience in developing teams and individuals for career progression. Depth of knowledge of ICH GCP, PhRMA and healthcare interaction compliance regulations.
