I handle big FLSA collective/class action cases and significant trade secret, breach of fiduciary duty, and noncompete litigation. I represent companies and on very rare occasions, individuals. I like the intensity and hyper focus of intense litigation, but I do not let my enjoyment of that cloud my judgment with regard to what is best for our clients.
