Eversheds Sutherland provides legal advice and solutions to a global client base ranging from small and mid-sized businesses.

I am the Global Practice Group Head of the Employment, Labour and Pensions Group at Eversheds Sutherland and Global Co-Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). I am also a member of the firm's Senior Leadership Team. I lead a multi-disciplinary, international team across Eversheds Sutherland providing a full range of legal services to clients. Particular specialisms include: employment and labour law, advising on organisational and strategic issues, international and cross border projects, large scale reorganisations, industrial relations, mergers and collaborations, discrimination, equality and diversity issues, and governance advice. As Global Co-Head of ESG for Eversheds Sutherland, I lead the ESG Strategy and ESG Solutions Teams, working together with our ESG lawyers globally around climate change and related social and regulatory issues for businesses, helping to ensure our clients are up to date with requirements and advising on effective governance arrangements, policies, ESG strategies and obligations.
