Tariq Isaksson is currently VP IT Audit for Etisalat Group and is managing audits of technology, systems and networks across the countries where Etisalat operate. Tariq is also working as adviser to Board and Senior management on technology related issues and serve as audit committee member at subsidiary companies. He has 16 years of international experience of systems and technology risk management, audit and control from having led technology audit functions in several top-tier multinationals such as Tesco and Unilever in the UK and Mubadala in UAE. Tariq’s career path includes both very technical roles such as Ethical Hacker and ERP Security Specialist, but us stong financial and operational background also have seen him managing Fraud Investigations across multiple companies and take responsibilities for special projects, including implementations of Audit Management Systems, Data Analysis Initiatives and Continuous Auditing.
