With over 25 years of experience and having managed IT divisions of over 20k+ people across multiple continents, I have lived and worked all over the globe. I have led the charge in industry sectors ranging from telecommunications to technology, finance to insurance, lifestyle to beauty. My specialties: mergers and acquisitions, sharedservices,insourcing/outsourcing,revamping technology,creating global operations teams, improving service to internal and external customers creating efficiencies - all while reducing costs & improving performance through managing a global team. I am also a published author, speaker, and have been awarded multiple distinguished executive, technology awards including: Top Women Executive in Cloud Technology 2014, Top CIO/CTO Executive Leader in STEM November 2015, 2016 Global Leadership Technology & Innovation and 6 Industry Technology awards for global technology.
