Space Programme and Project Management, Project Controlling Space Policy - Development and implementation of policies on national and European level. Strategy development within government and commercial environments. Consulting experiences with industry and SME companies. Management of people - management experiences as head of unit with up to 30 employees. Extensive experiences in management and chairing of international committees and working groups. Lobbying and relationship-building with top-level decision makers. International relations - Extensive experiences in international, intercultural and interdisciplinary cooperation on multi-Billion Euro level, especially with the US and within Europe. Technology transfer, innovation and marketing - extensive experience in strategic and operational technology transfer activities, including policy development, esatblishment of incubator systems, identification and development of new commercial products and services based on high-technology. Cooperation with business angels, venture capital and banks. Business plan writing. Space systems analysis and design - broad and lontime experiences in technical analysis, especially conducting interdisciplinary technology assessment studies. Experiences in most fields of space technology including: space transportation, human space flight, robotic space exploration, Earth observation, satellite navigation, satellite telecommunication. Teaching experiences of University courses in space business and management, space strategy, space policy and technology transfer/commercialization of space.
