Encore Event Technologies operates as a production and audio/visual equipment rental company.

Prior to creating Point Blank Pepper Company, my previous professional history was associated with the Audio Visual and Information Technology industries, both being within the realm of hospitality. I take pride in the relationships that I have built over the years and the reputation that I have developed within the hotels and corporate venues in the city. Even though I have many years of technical training, I feel that the strongest aspect of my persona is my sales ability and making clients feel comfortable and assured about the service that they are receiving. As far as any goals are concerned, there isn't much of anything that I won't attempt to accomplish if given the opportunity. Specialties: My specialties included the ability to work with others, overseeing sales opportunities from start to finish with success and generating revenue above that which is projected within a given time period.
