I am a well-travelled, driven IT professional who is able draw upon a wide range of experience to ensure both service and standards are optimised within any business sector. Support, leadership and communication come as second nature, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive, happy department. Having worked in various industries such as: Healthcare, Construction and Banking, I am able to call upon a range of skill sets acquired throughout my 15+ year career. I am a time spent IT technician who has proceeded to climb the ranks within various companies ensuring both understanding and learning as I go. An outside of the box approach is taken if/ when required. I have a vast amount of experience which I feel would be beneficial to multiple organisations.
