I have a diverse financial background in Residential/Commercial Real Estate. My experience, both private and public sectors, includes but is not limited to, start up & mergers, overseeing and implementing policies, procedures and internal controls, financial reporting and budgeting, technology initiatives to increase efficiencies, implementing new software (specialty in Yardi) and conversions of existing software, payroll and union compliance, banking & cash management, and HR functions & Management. These skills are complimented by a strong foundation in accounting gained from working for a regional CPA firm.
