As Vice President at The Bowdoin Group my responsibilities include: formulating and implementing pragmatic recruiting and client acquisition strategies to drive revenue, team building, training, account development, project negotiations and technology due diligence. Prior to The Bowdoin Group, I was a Director with The Atlas Group where I was responsible for building and managing The Atlas Group’s recruiting team as well as developing and expanding strategic relationships with emerging growth and fortune 50 clients. Before The Atlas Group, I held lead consulting and management roles at Nokia, Spotfire(acquired by TIBCO), TechTarget and Avaki Corporation(acquired by Sybase) where I helped build world class engineering, sales and professional services teams. Earlier in my career, I was a Principal Consultant with Benchmark HR Solutions, a national professional services firm that focused on providing integrated outsourced recruiting strategies to high-growth technology companies. I began my recruiting career with The Registry (later Renaissance Worldwide), a 600 million dollar global IT consulting firm, where I was one of the top recruiters in the nation.
