Albert Einstein Medical Center is the second largest independent academic network in Pennsylvania offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. The medical center includes a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians as well as over 600 residents and fellows. Experienced Organization Development (OD) leader with over 35 years of expertise serving hospitals and healthcare facilities to support leaders, physicians and staff in meeting goals, increasing engagement, and improving care for patients with proven experience leading change initiatives. Kelly is a skilled, OD practitioner, large and small group facilitator, presenter/trainer, coach and mediator with expertise in organization, employee, team, and physician engagement efforts, healthcare management, and patient experience and safety. She is a atrong educated professional with a Master's degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University, a Bachelor's in Leadership from Chestnut Hill College, and numerous certifications in the OD field.
