My ability to build strong, trusting relationships with all coworkers is my biggest strength. Business and interpersonal savvy and communication skills have allowed me to learn from everyone around me as well as influence positive change in a fast paced environment. I've never been the kind of person to be okay with knowing THAT something works. I've always wanted to know HOW something works. I have to tear it apart and really get in there. The more I learn about whats going on behind the scenes, the easier it is to come up with solutions for why it wouldn't be working. I take challenges head on. There are few things, for me, that feel better than overcoming something that I wasn't even sure was possible. It makes me stronger and helps me learn new things.
