Edward Rose & Sons is a privately-owned, national real estate developer headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with additional offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Flint and Kalamazoo, Michigan. We have built over 80,000 single-family homes and apartment units and have been actively engaged in the construction and property management of residential communities since 1921. The company is self-financed and pays quickley. In 2008, the company entered the Senior Living market and has since completed two campuses.

I worked in health care for 17 years prior to my start in multi-family housing. Having worked for three previous property management companies I wanted to work closer to home, so I began my career with Edward Rose and Sons in 2003! I love my job! There is never a dull moment and my work is fast-paced and ever-changing. I enjoy the people I meet when working in the community, at the property level during resident events, and working with my co-workers.
