I bring a unique blend of leadership, business, and analytical skills to the Marketing function having successfully held management positions in Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Finance, Operations Management, and Engineering. My 25 year professional career spans ultra-high technology product development, discrete and continuous flow manufacturing, and internet businesses including one that pioneered the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. I am highly focused on top and bottom line objectives and drive direct reports, peers, and cross functional teams to achieve business goals. I work hard to establish meaningful business and operational metrics and then measure and report results with a high degree of fidelity. I seek out new challenges, enjoy building organizational capabilities, and strive for continuous improvement. I am at my best in start-up, early stage, or turn-around situations where there are opportunities to establish processes and metrics, implement programs and technologies, assemble or develop teams, and launch new initiatives. My education includes degrees in Electrical Engineering, advanced Imaging Science training, and an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from a top business school where I graduated as valedictorian. I have been fortunate to have had many career opportunities where I've applied my formal education and I commit myself to continuous personal development.
