I am a Vice President of Human Capital at Duff & Phelps, a Kroll company - more specifically, I focus on University and Intern Recruiting. I support recruitment efforts for multiple practices in the Northeastern United States, including Corporate Finance, Valuation Advisory, Tax Services, Dispute Consulting and Internal Firm Services. I currently manage university recruitment, intern recruitment, hiring manager training and various diversity initiatives. I have over 15 years of experience in the areas of human resources, talent acquisition and work-life balance programs. My areas of expertise include building university relationships; developing and implementing educational programs; diversity recruiting; and full life cycle recruiting. I received a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from New School University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from the University of Delaware. I hold a Post Graduate certificate in Training & Development and recently received my SHRM-SCP certification.
