Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. Thanks to decades of abiding by that single mission, Ducks Unlimited is now the world's largest and most effective private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization. DU is able to multilaterally deliver its work through a series of partnerships with private individuals, landowners, agencies, scientific communities and other entities.

After 23 years at FedEx and FedEx Services I have made the move to the non-profit sector with Ducks Unlimited. The opportunity to leverage my body of work at FedEx paired with working with the incredible staff and volunteer network at DU supporting wetlands conversation is very rewarding. Always seeking a new challenge and learning opportunity I have had the opportunity to grow and contribute to a highly respected global institution with FedEx. My enthusiasm and drive comes from building and leading high-performing teams to address our customer's needs to stay competitive and innovative. My FedEx journey through several diverse areas (Revenue Systems, fedex.com, Strategic Planning, Customs Clearance, mobile solutions) has lead me to lead initiatives at the enterprise level, where I can leverage my past experiences and skill sets and to influence our future direction.Innovation is my passion and have had the opportunity to lead teams in the implementation FedEx's first iPhone application in addition to the first online invoice application on fedex.com.
