Since the early 2000’s my goal has been to influence and accelerate digital transformation in manufacturing and construction. Over the last two decades I have influenced or led technology evaluation and implementation across multiple industries, from AutoCAD for aerospace drill bit manufacturing to Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for production tracking in commercial construction. As an accomplished technologist I enable our teams and partners to innovate and leverage technology to enhance all aspects of construction project delivery and asset management. At DPR I direct development and lead implementation of various construction technologies including; artificial intelligence (AI), virtual design and construction (VDC), building information modeling (BIM), augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), laser scanning (LiDAR/SLAM), aerial photography (UAS/UAV), robotics, and 360 degree cameras. We strive to integrate best-in-class design, fabrication, installation, and analysis methods to promote safety, increase productivity, improve quality, and deliver predictable results for our employees, partners, and clients. I also sit on the Board of Directors and serve as Vice-President at the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation. The USIBD promotes and influences the development of standards and resources to serve building documentation (BD) industry professionals and stakeholders.
