Currently, I lead multiple infrastructure teams consisting of 50+ national employees to develop and execute long-term enterprise information technology strategies for datacenter operations in 5 hosted/collocated locations and numerous regional facilities. At my present position, I have maintained budget neutrality and aligned IT to support business growth of 475+%, going from 1,500 employees to over 7,000, by scaling and right-sizing the application and infrastructure configurations.As a collaborative communicator, I am continually focused on building relationships and promoting cooperation across business lines and global units to drive positive change and comprehensive information technology approaches for enhanced profitability. As a result of recent vendor negotiation efforts, I was able to realize savings of $1.4M in the last 18 months by renegotiating key contracts that provide carrier connectivity to the national platform.
