As President of Donaldson Mobile Solutions, Rich leads the group responsible for providing premium products, solutions and service parts for OEMs serving the agriculture, construction, mining, and transportation markets. Mobile Solutions focuses on using technology to win platforms, accelerating replacement sales, strengthening customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth. Rich was previously Donaldson SVP of Global Operations, overseeing operations in 25 countries, and encompassing global supply chain, logistics, EHS, sustainability, manufacturing, quality, and operational excellence. He has held roles of strategically increasing responsibilities in various locations over two decades and brought years of management experience to Donaldson. Rich received his MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville.
