The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) has built and managed the NationUas finest communities for over 60 years with a focus on quality, integrity, and sustainability. As one of the largest LEED multifamily developers, TDC was named UIBuilder of the YearU by the US Green Building Council in 2015. TDC has developed over 52,000 units in 26 states with a total of $1.3 Billion in products.

I lead the Marketing and Management Services Team including marketing, training, customer experience, online reputation and social media team. 22 years experience in the real estate industry including brand management, budget strategy, media and PR, property marketing plans, e-mail drip campaigns, community signage, website design, directing property community videos/ VR tours and managing corporate follow up programs. Recent focus on AI leasing tools, online reputation and social media strategies as well as Storybrand messaging across all marketing communications. Designated specialty in high end new construction and development assets. Currently focused on Corporate Marketing, New Development marketing, property acquisitions and starting our new venture in the Build to Rent space with The Dinerstein Companies, a Houston based Multifamily developer. I was voted into the 2018 Houston’s Top 40 under 40 class in the Multifamily industry and 2019 Houston Apartment Association Marketing Executive of the Year. My work earned top website and property video awards in 2020, and we were recently awarded four Top Property awards for Aspire Post Oak high rise- one being Top Marketing and Advertising campaign by Multifamily Housing Executive in September 2022.
