Looking to obtain a position as a programmer/developer at a company with a strong learning environment that puts value in hands on training and consistent growth. Having already obtained an Associates degree in Software Development from Herzing University, I'm continuing forward in pursuit of a Bachelors with the same focus. Currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA and am expected to graduate in April of 2018. Primary focus has been in OOP principles and the Java language, though I'm familiar with others such as SQL, HTML, CSS and recently Visual Basic. I'm eager to get my hands dirty and gain some real world experience and learn from those who've got it. Professionally at this time, I am the Service Dept. Supervisor with my present employer. Here, I oversee the continued development and training of all service techs and run residential appointments to service any and all needs of the customer. Throughout my employment here I've developed a strong ability in client interaction - analyzing their issues, and solving them with efficiency, to the benefit of both the client, and the company. I've developed strong problem solving skills through a daily need to investigate the issues we're tasked with resolving.
