Dentsu Aegis Network is a global media group that specialises in Media, Digital and creative Communications services that Innovate the way brands are built.

Until December 2019, I was US & Americas CEO for Dentsu International. Prior to this, I was President, Hearst Marketing Services and global CEO for iCrossing. I'm a board director of Outfront Media, the leading US OOH media company, and a board member for the NY Chapter of JDRF, the world's leading research charity for Type One Diabetes. Until November 2012, I was the global CEO of McCann Worldgroup, a post I assumed in April 2010. Prior to joining McCann Worldgroup, I created and led IPG Mediabrands, the industry's premier global media management company, where we focused on reinventing the traditional media agency operating model to deliver more effective and efficient marketing solutions to clients. In my prior role at IPG as global CEO of UM, I enjoyed building a management team who reinvigorated a global media network, spurring dramatic growth and numerous awards for global innovation and media-led creativity.
