I am a very dedicated individual with a Midwest hard working mentality. I strive for excellence and take a great deal of pride in everything that I do. I am highly organized and efficient with an entrepreneurial spirit. I have a Bachelor of Science degree, graduated with honors at 3.7 GPA. Within my extra-curricular activities I helped do medical research at ISU where I prepped State Patrol officers for EKG stress tests, administered a variety of health tests to further research in the cardiovascular implications of high stress occupations. In addition to my degree and academic experiences I also did hands on training with a variety of special populations through my work experiences at Iowa State University as well as in North Carolina that included patients with insulin pumps, COPD, pregnancy, and high risk Cardiovascular patients. I was a leader as a collegiate athlete on the field and off where I also became a student ambassador for ISU as well as receiving the honor of an academic scholarship that is given to women who show excellence in the sciences field. Working with Lilly I received invaluable experience and furthered my scientific knowledge into 8 separate disease states within the four product portfolio I carried. I lead my team in scientific and product knowledge as well as my medical interactions/ relationships with all customers. Within the first 6 months of hire I was voted MVP by my peers and appointed a leadership role for my team of 15 for launch of a top product. I not only was able to generate new business but I also was given additional responsibilities, territory, and administrative tasks through every position I have had in both separate fields. Through all of my sales positions and as a small business owner I know how important customer relations are to keep a successful company growing and shut out the competitors.
