An entrepreneur at heart, I made and sold my own newspapers in third grade, and owned a dog walking business at age 12. In 2004 I sold my web development business to DEG. Today I lead a team globally recognized for our thought leadership and work in one-to-one marketing. The Direct Marketing & eCRM group is the largest and fastest growing practice area at DEG, specializing in digital database marketing, specifically email marketing and text messaging for major brands including Crocs, GoPro, Helzberg Diamonds, Cabela's, Lee Jeans, Timberland, AMC, Hallmark, and more. DEG has been a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (aka ExactTarget) partner for more than a decade and is one of the largest SFMC service provider teams in North America.. I lead a team that has resulted in DEG being named ExactTarget Partner of the Year three times (2016, 2011, 2008) and ExactTarget Consulting Partner of the Year (2013). In 2013 I was named one of Kansas City's Top 40 under 40, as well as one of the top 25 Women Who Mean Business. DEG was named one of the 25 Most Audacious Companies that are Changing the World by Inc. Magazine in 2014.
