Stacy is currently AVP of Corporate Legal Operations at Travelers, where she leads a small team focused on enabling data-driven decision making in corporate legal. Her team focuses on outside counsel and vendor management, data and analytics, technology implementation and user adoption, workflow automation initiatives, communications and engagement for legal services, and change management. She joined Travelers in 2016 as Senior Counsel in employment law and corporate compliance. Prior to that, Stacy served as the firmwide director of human resources at Day Pitney LLP. Stacy practiced labor and employment law for 10 years, where she advised her corporate and nonprofit clients on all aspects of employment law.
