I'm an experienced marketing manager who loves connecting people through story. I have a knack for discovering an interesting angle, making the complex relatable and infusing personality and emotion to reach the intended audience. I'm an idea man and I love the creative process. I'm a professional brainstorm-er. I'm an entrepreneur at heart. In my current role at Daugherty, I lead a team of creative masterminds who oversee the Daugherty brand and all internal and external marketing. I'm proud of the fact that within the last year, we've pivoted to become a full-scale marketing agency. We help support a workforce of over 1,000 consultants as well as offer marketing and creative services to some of the world's largest and most recognizable companies like Anheuser-Busch, Walgreens and Delta Airlines. In addition to my marketing/branding experience, I have a background in sales and account management as well as project management and process improvement. I completed my MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2014. Outside the workplace, I'm an avid concert goer and music nerd. I have a PhD in Pop Culture. I’m crazy about animals – dogs and cats especially. I play several instruments. I'm an award-winning barbershop singer. I'm a huge sports fan. I'm currently studying Improv and comedy writing.
