Positioning B2B companies for accelerated growth and driving scalability has been the focus of my career as a C-Suite executive, which spans 19 years across small businesses with revenue under $1M to enterprises with revenue exceeding $100M. My leadership capabilities have been leveraged across all areas of business, including sales, marketing, engineering, software development, finance, product development, and customer service. I bring extensive experience in the M&A process to any organization, having led numerous buy-side and sell-side acquisitions from start to finish. This includes sourcing, leading introductory calls, conducting valuation negotiations, assembling data disclosures and due diligence documents, acting as the primary diligence resource across all steams of diligence, securing funding, and ultimately closing transactions. In my time at Dataprise, I led five buy-side transactions that more than doubled EBITDA. I was also selected by the founder and CEO to lead the sell-side effort that resulted in a sale to Trinity Hunt Partners. THP then selected me to serve as the point person to implement changes across the organization in accordance with their 180-day plan while building the M&A function at Dataprise. In addition, I successfully grew the cloud business 8x over the course of three years by architecting a new private cloud infrastructure that delivered 99.999% uptime, and developed and implemented a comprehensive sales, marketing, and go-to-market approach—resulting in business growth of more than 10% year-over-year. I am proud to have been elevated through the ranks of Dataprise, Inc., starting as Senior Network Engineer and working my way up to CFO. This is a testament to my work ethic, motivation, and ability to lead through transformative times. I consider myself to be a hands-on executive who isn’t afraid to roll up my sleeves and work alongside my team to accomplish a goal or overcome an obstacle.
