As an Executive Leader, my experience spans software development, project management, business engineering, sales, and marketing, with work across industries including financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, and transportation. I am routinely engaged as a subject matter expert for business process improvement and technology innovation, so you may have seen me in a webinar or video, or at an industry event or tradeshow. What I Do My role as the Vice President of Client Solutions at DATAMARK involves integrating Business and Software Engineering with Sales and Marketing. In short, I help our Fortune 500 clients analyze, design, and implement the best solutions for their needs. In some cases, the right fit is obvious, but often there’s quite a bit of discussion and investigation into the organization’s current processes, cross-referenced to the organization’s specific needs and goals so we can see where opportunities are. To do this, I draw upon my Stanford University Engineering education and extensive experience with business process optimization, as well as my ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. At DATAMARK, I am responsible for the leadership and management of all personnel involved in engineering, marketing, external sales, and technical sales support for the company, so anytime you work with someone in these areas, you’re working with a member of my team.
