My work life was and is mainly dedicated to Business Intelligence. After studying for a Master of Economics at „Technische Universität Hannover" (Germany) and „Alabama State University" (United States) I started in a German IT-Consulting company (www.geneva-id.com). Being sent to projects in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Island and Switzerland my major tasks were to implement Business Intelligence solutions from SAS, COGNOS and SAP at large insurance companies from 1995 to 2004. In 2003 I got certified in SAP BW. Since this time my daily work is tightly connected to SAP. When getting married to a Dane we decided both to work in Denmark which made me finding my way to Danfoss (www.danfoss.com) in 2004 where I still work. I am living together with my wife and 2 children in Flensburg - the very most Northern part of Germany. … and with things like SAP S/4 HANA 1610, CDS-views, BW on HANA and Business Objects time is not getting long...
