SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully grew the ICT Service Desk from 2 to 10 dedicated and highly trained staff. Provided guidance, mentorship and training to the Senior Helpdesk Technician who eventually became ICT Service Desk Manager. Took on additional responsibilities and increased support from 3 to over 130 sites following new acquisitions. Successfully took over support of several new systems after a company merges and implemented new procedures for support and development, introducing a Change Management Process. Developed and rolled out RiO, a Patient Record Systems along with a dedicated training program. Created number of Databases for the management of company Mobile Phones, Bank/Agency staff shifts and Service User physical healthcare data required to meet NHS CQUIN standards as well as numerous procedures and improvements.
