The University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is a private, not-for profit hospital and a subsidiary of Community Providers Inc., (CPI). Established in 1967 with the merger of Champlain Valley and Physicians hospitals, CVPH joined Fletcher Allen Partners in 2012, which in 2014, became The University of Vermont Health Network. Together with its partners, the University of Vermont Medical Center, Central Vermont Medical Center and Elizabethtown Community Hospital, CVPH provides high quality, cost effective care, close to home. Services include an award winning cardiac services program, accredited cancer center, freestanding ambulatory surgery center, comprehensive rehabilitation services and a 24 hour physician-staffed Emergency Care Center. Governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, CVPH is accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by New York State and Medicare/Medicaid approved.

Michelle Morrow-LeBeau, RN, BSBA, MHRM began her journey in bedside nursing and evolved into a strong human resources leader who recognizes the power individuals bring to their organization when they are engaged and feel valued. She is passionate about the creative inspiration of individual thought process and strives to ensure that all voices are heard. She believes in the power of a smile, the strength of positivity and the idea that opportunity is something to be created. Combining her love of people with her love of patients, Michelle is often heard expressing that success is achieved when we care for our people the way we ask our people to care for our patients. In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources at CVPH Medical Center, she promotes not only the integration of HR services into the development of each department, but the strategic role that HR must play to advance the organization through an engaged and highly skilled work force. As an executive at this 341 bed acute care hospital comprised of 2,500 employees, she leads the way in ensuring that decisions are made with the employee in mind. Michelle's vision centers on aligning all that HR can offer with what departments need to meet the challenges of healthcare, current and future. By her leadership, HR is transforming from process management to talent management, with all that this implies. Michelle embraces the power of change, thrives on ambiguity, and inspires others with her energy. Her daily mission is to create a culture that empowers those around her - ensuring that CVPH Medical Center offers a vibrant, engaging experience for its people and patients alike.
