I lead the U.S. middle market lending effort for CVC Credit Partners, a $26 billion asset manager. CVC Credit Partners is the credit arm of CVC Capital Partners. I focus on private lending to middle market and lower middle market borrowers. Our capital usually comes in the form of 1st lien, 2nd lien, and unitranche debt. We can also complete preferred equity and common equity investments, but it is typically in conjunction with a debt facility. We look for hold sizes of $15M to $75M but can underwrite larger amounts and syndicate post-close. We understand the importance of providing timely and reliable feedback throughout all stages of the evaluation, due diligence and approval process.
