With 27 years of working experiences in accounting and finance, Human Resource especially the past 8 years of controller role, I have greater passion to move towards a business leader role managing the business strategic planning and accountable to the profit and loss of an organisation. I possess an international perspective, able to handle work diversity and embrace culture difference. I am a hands-on manager who is keen to take up new challenges and have a “never-say-die” attitude in my work philosophy. Achievements • During the early tenure, with the team effort, we manage to reduce the AR from 50% to 22%. • Being a project leader to implement Oracle system and accepted the credit module which is another success story I have created. • I have good hands-on experience in implementing controls measure and compliance which had gain good trusts from the senior management team based in US. • With only 10 months in the company, my role was further expanded to oversee and manage daily operations of the Singapore office. The responsibilities include Business Operations, Facility management, Human resources and Sales Admin. • Being part of the pioneer team in setting up the business in Asia Pacific. • Growing the business profits and being part of the business team was a good journey
