Development Director at Montek Property with a vision to provide expertise in property development, project management and development management. My project development experience spans over 25 years in residential, industrial, commercial, aged care and infrastructure projects across Australia and in Asia (India, Singapore, Sabah, Sarawak, Indonesia). I have been involved in over 800 projects covering all stages of development from acquisition, feasibility, planning, approval, sales, tenders, contracts, construction to handover. Roles have included project management, client side project manager, development director, contract superintendent and as a project / development consultant; engaging with consultants, contractors, the community, Local Government and stakeholders for optimal client outcomes. I have been called as an Expert Witness by the Courts. Having worked with global leaders including Hyundai, Bintan Resort Management, Karimun Industrial Management, Newmont, ONGC, Lum Chang, Colliers, CBRE, Chesterton, JDC, Leighton, Baulderstones, Abigroup (Lend Lease), Mallesons, Allens, Macquarie Group, FKP (Aveo), Flour Daniel, Meinhardt along with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and specialty developers has given me profound insights into property development and delivering rapid successful projects. Within my community, I spent 10 years as a volunteer helping manage the Nippers Program for kids at Balmoral. I spent a further 3 years as a volunteer organiser of the Balmoral Swim for Cancer which has raised over $900,000 for The Children’s Cancer Institute. I lecture part time for UNSW's Master of Property Development to provide a Property Industry perspective.
