I am an action-oriented, life-long learner and servant leader that is deeply committed to the growth, development, and continuous improvement of myself, others, and my organization. I currently serve as the Senior Training & Development Manager at Curbell Plastics. In my 10+ years at Curbell, my major contributions include; crafting and automating the first comprehensive onboarding program, implementing the first formal Train the Trainer program, receiving a RAVE (Remarkable Achievements Visionary Elites) Award nomination for increasing overall user adoption and engagement on the company learning management system, and more recently, working to "Flip the Classroom" for two of our legacy instructor led training programs.
