Having spent a scary number of years in the travel industry, I must now be a veteran however still feel that there is much to learn and experience. I've had the pleasure of working in several areas of the industry starting out as a holiday rep learning the ropes at the coal face in Spain, Austria, Andorra and Switzerland before moving into hotel contracting and brochure development. Following this, I moved into the incentive world developing reward and recognition campaigns for large sales organisations before heading into hospitality and handling the ex UK sales a global hotel group with properties in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the US. Finally, since 2000 I've been in the cruise section of the industry working with the RCL Group, Crystal Cruises and now Explora Journeys. Specialities: Strong language skills in French, Spanish and German; relationship-building; international sales
