With more than 20 years of public accounting experience, I focus on serving a diverse portfolio of clients primarily in the construction industry throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. As a member of the CRI’s construction services team, I provide audit, review and compilation services to a wide variety of road builders, general contractors and subcontractors. Within the construction industry, I consult with clients regarding maximizing bonding capacity, enhancing working capital, enhancing internal controls, and implementing tax savings strategies. I have experience in accounting, taxation, as well as providing innovative consulting services including assisting clients with issues related to business transfers and succession planning. Outside of the construction industry, I provide audit and business consulting services to a wide range of clients including professional service firms, not-for-profit trade associations, and high net worth individuals. As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), I also assist a number of businesses with their business valuation needs.
