Cathy is an experienced business and Information Technology professional having held CIO roles for the past 17 years with global and Australian organisation’s in the food, utilities and education/membership industries, undertaking significant transformational and growth strategies. Her roles have required Cathy to lead, develop and implement IT organisational and strategic change, provide IT leadership with regard to mergers, acquisitions and divestments and to govern the implementation of significant programs of work during times of business change and ambiguity whilst continuing to provide day to day IT services. Transformational activities have included the requirement to build a ~A$200M IT Services company from inception involving significant cultural, customer service and vendor contracting challenges.
