I am a leader in digital marketing, specializing in marketing technologies. Throughout my professional career, I have worked with businesses large and small to translate revenue goals into marketing strategies that get us there. A company wanting to “get engaged” is not enough, you need a program based on key performance indicators most relevant to the business you are in, and a technology stack tuned for performance.In 2015 I rejoined Cox Automotive, to create a Marketing Technology group within the Enterprise Platforms organization. While the work we do isn't as sexy as creating the campaigns themselves, we enable the technology that makes marketing possible. Email, SMS, Apps, Collateral Enablement for Sales, Customer Feedback systems... we tie it together across the US businesses. After many years spent in the marketing side of business, I crossed over 'to the dark side' and joined the technology team at Cox Media Group - Digital Services. There I built a team of strategy and delivery talent managing a portfolio of marketing technologies to support business goals. We guided the development of best practice installations for Email, Contesting, User Login, Social Media, SMS and other platforms across a shared technology stack powering 135+ TV, Radio and Newspaper groups coast to coast.With Kelley Blue Book I had the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant colleagues across a variety of companies: Google, Facebook, YouTube, Salesforce, Vocus, Adobe, Shoutlet, etc. Using a portfolio of tools, tactics and technologies, we went from simply holding our social media name rights to a real-time (scalable) communications program leveraging seven top social sites and making KBB.com one of the most prominent social media brands in our marketplace.
