Covenant Care (CC) provides skilled nursing and assisted living services to individuals who can no longer care for themselves. We operate 45 facilities located in CA, IL, IN, IA, NE, NV and OH. In addition, we provide therapy services to our residents and those of other long-term care facilities. Each of our employees approaches their day-to-day job with the simple philosophy that We are Family, Serving Families". Best practices - Created the infrastructure to support 300% multistate growth through due diligence analysis of potential acquisitions and seamless execution of employee integration. Created and executed a Talent Acquisition strategy which increased applicant flow by 200% leveraging technology, which reduced annual agency costs by over $500,000. Reduced exempt cost per hire by 48% and non-exempt cost per hire by 18%.
