Since our founding in 1990, CooperSurgical has researched, developed and manufactured a wide range of trusted brands that have advanced the standard of care for families. Our diversified portfolio of products and services focuses on women's health, fertility, and diagnostics. CooperSurgical Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Cooper Companies (NYSE: COO). The company, headquartered in Trumbull, CT produces and markets a wide array of products for use by women's health care clinicians.

I lead global operations to meet the needs of our customers, shareholders, and employees in a rapidly growing company. I have established a track record of delivering results across multiple departments and disciplines. With a design background, I have also successfully transitioned R&D products into full production with an in-depth understanding of the trade-offs between departments. Early in my career, as the fourth employee in a startup, I helped develop a cancer therapeutic device that was later sold for $105M. Since that time I have been on the acquiring side, building a company from acquisitions. In all of this my passion remains the same: identify unmet customer needs and deliver cost effective solutions to meet them. I have applied this drive to departments I lead, change initiatives I drive, and employees I develop to infect a culture of continuous improvement in all of my teams.
